Davenport Florida (Westridge Community): 4 bedrooms, 3 bath private home with pool located approximately 20 minutes from Disney. This stunning home includes high speed wifi, cable tv, phone, a/c, heat, two spacious living rooms, a formal dining room and less than a 5-minute drive to a variety of shopping and fast-food locations. This is your home away from home which includes, towels, linens, washer, dryer, highchair, crib, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, griddle, toaster oven, fridge/freezer, stove/oven and dishwasher. Perhaps enjoy your dinner outside by the pool in the southern facing screened in lanai or relax on the lounge chairs and watch the sun go down. This non-smoking/vaping home permits max 8 people, no pets. Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite with option to use large shower or deep soaker tub. Bedroom #2 with queen bed and located across from pool shower/bathroom. Bedroom #3 has double bed, and 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds which share washroom with tub/shower combo. While you’re here, feel free to use the sports equipment and play a game of tennis, basketball, soccer, volleyball or check out the playground at the private club only accessible to those staying within our community.
