Foreman Job - Skilled Carpenter / General Contractor

Position: Skilled Carpenter / General Contractor

What we offer:

• Competitive pay ranging between $30 to $40 per hour, depending on skill, experience, and commitment

• Subcontractors are welcome (must carry own WSIB and insurance)

What we're looking for:
• Strong understanding of custom home building, general contracting work, framing, and carpentry
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry
• Self-starters who can work independently and efficiently on projects
• Strong work ethic and ability to work hard in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Uncompromising integrity and pride in the quality of your work
• Must have driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Someone who can work 5 days a week, 8-9 hour days

Responsibilities:
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and architectural drawings
• Collaborating with team members to plan and execute projects effectively
• Ensuring adherence to safety and building code regulations
