Part-time Maintenance & Janitorial Position Ipperwash

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team in a part-time, casual role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety in their day, and working in a positive outdoor environment.

Position Details:
Status: Part-time, Casual
Hours: 4–10 hours per week (flexible, includes some weekend hours)
Wage: $20–$27/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform lawn care: mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and general yard cleanup
Assist with landscaping projects (spreading soil/gravel, planting, watering, raking)
Maintain yard equipment (cleaning mowers, general upkeep)
Support basic bicycle maintenance and repairs
Complete property maintenance tasks (power washing, staining, minor deck repairs, painting, minor drywall repairs, trim, and other repairs as needed)
Assist with light housekeeping duties (laundry, bed making, sweeping, mopping)

Requirements:
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual tasks (bending, climbing ladders, etc.)
Experience using lawn equipment (ride-on mowers, push mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Own basic tools and toolbox
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable, honest, and responsible
