Looking For House for Rent

Looking to rent a house long term in Goderich. I'm employed full-time, quiet, clean and responsible. My son who lives with me is also employed full-time and is a responsible and quiet young adult. We would love a yard, in-suite laundry, and parking. I owned a farm for 20 years so apartment living is uncomfortable for us. We just want room and privacy to unwind after a long week.
I've never missed a payment and always treat a rental as my own. Looking for availability September 1st or later.
