Tucked away in the secluded area of Sunset Bay Estates, our brand new modern rustic cabin is the perfect escape for any family or friends gathering. Completely surrounded by trees and wildlife, Sunset Lodge is the perfect spot to unwind, relax and catch up with those you love. Take a short walk to the bay’s semi-private beach or go for a short drive to the well-known Grand Beach.
This cabin is one of a kind with an open concept living area, vaulted ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, a loft, 3 small bedrooms, 2 large bunk rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms. In total, our cabin comfortably seats 22 adults, but has the capacity to sleep 31 adults comfortably. Curl up in front of the beautiful brick fireplace on cold winter days or move the crowd outside to the large firepit area to enjoy the warmth and brightness it brings while creating lasting memories.
We encourage you to explore the surrounding wilderness! Take the crowd hiking, fishing/ice fishing, biking, swimming, skiing/snowshoeing, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Various ATV trails surround the property so bring your ATV for endless fun! Kids can also enjoy hours of fun on the zipline, trampoline or playing tetherball. A playstructure is currently in the making and will be added soon. With so much to see and do, you're sure to have a memorable experience!

PRICES &RATES
High Season Rates:
(May 15th to Septemer 20th)
$650/night
Off Season Rates:
(September 21st to May 14th)
$500/night
Payment due in full at time of booking unless other arrangements have been made with the host.
Cleaning Fee: $300/booking
Promotions:
Book 6 or more nights and receive a $50 discount per night for your entire stay
Minimum 2 night booking
*Please note that all long weekends require bookings of a minimum of 3 nights
We require a damage deposit of $500 to be paid 7 days prior to your arrival. Please allow 3 days for our team to ensure everything was left in order before returning your deposit.

Cancelation Policy:
A full refund will be issued if your plans change and you give us a 30 day or more notice.
75% refund will be issued for cancelations that occur 10 to 30 days prior to your expected stay.
If you cancel within 10 days of your arrival, please note that a partial refund of 50% of every night but the first one will be issued.
