This incredibly spacious 6 bedroom/3 bathroom home is situated on a quiet crescent.
On the main level of the house you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, on the lower level you will find another 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette and living space with a walk out basement. Has a ping-pong table, basketball net and a volley ball net. There is a large upper deck off the kitchen, a perfect space to BBQ, There is a fire pit for those beautiful summer nights. There is also AC and Wifi.

You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.

01. Cost associated with garbage left behind. 02 QUIET HOURS: 10pm to 8am. No noise outside after 10pm.

03. Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere.

04. Please don't flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Guest will be charged damages from misuse.

05. Guests are responsible for supplying their own bed linens and towels. All mattresses and pillows have protective covers, and each bed has a duvet

with a protective cover.

06.. Guests must keep the property and all furnishings clean and in good order. Guests are responsible for any damages.

07.. Fire pit must be used responsibly. Fires must be extinguished completely before leaving it unsupervised.
