Snowbirds Welcome , Short Term Vacation Rental

Our home is situated in the upscale resort community of Fairwinds in Nanoose Bay.
There are two bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with queen. The 3rd bedroom is being used as a den and TV room. All utilities are included as well as a monthly cleaning. The backyard boasts a hot tub and is fully landscaped with gardens, patios, a fish pond and fire pit.
On site is an 18 hole golfcourse, wonderful club house and restaurant and marina.
There are miles of walking and hiking trails , all within walking distance from the house. A wonderful beach and swimming area is nearby with easy access to kayak or canoe.
We are located mid island, within 30 minutes of the ferry terminals and airport. Major shopping is 15 minutes away and a full service shopping centre only 5 minutes. Nanoose Bay is 15 minutes from either Nanaimo to the south and Parksville to the north.
Within 2 hours is Victoria and the world famous Butchart Gardens, Tofino to the West and Mt. Washington ski resort to the North. Strathcona Park with unlimited hiking and wilderness experiences is also within 2 hours as is major fishing opportunities.
