Job Overview
Pipestone Creek Golf Club is seeking a mature, reliable, and customer-focused Clubhouse Staff member to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent guest service, and contributing to all aspects of clubhouse operations.
Must be 18+ and able to get proserve
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service
Taking golf tee-time reservations and checking in golfers
Taking camping reservations and assisting campers with inquiries
Processing payments and operating the point-of-sale system
Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Preparing and serving food items
Food preparation and kitchen support
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, bar, clubhouse, dining areas, and washrooms
Restocking food, beverage, and retail inventory
Opening and closing clubhouse facilities as required
Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
Ensuring compliance with liquor service regulations and club policies
Supporting special events, tournaments, and clubhouse functions
Performing general housekeeping and other duties as assigned
