Job Title: Mobile Home Renovation & General Maintenance Assistant
Location: Beaverlodge & Fox creek, Alberta

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team for a variety of tasks involving mobile home renovation, general cleanup, and light maintenance work. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, good problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to tasks. The position requires a flexible, detail-oriented individual who can efficiently complete work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the renovation and repair of mobile homes, including tasks such as drywall, flooring, painting, and basic plumbing or electrical work.
• Perform general cleanup duties, including debris removal, trash disposal, and organizing workspaces to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Drive company vehicles to and from work sites, ensuring safe transport of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks such as landscaping, exterior cleaning, and small repairs.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in general maintenance, home renovation, or construction is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, work in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude toward teamwork.
