Border Collie male for rehoming

Free to a good home, 11 month old Border Collie. Intact male. Has had 1 month livestock training, but has proven to be stubborn to come off stock. I don't have the time for a project dog. He would be good for a home with no stock, or an experienced handler. Friendly with dogs, people, but would chase a cat if it ran. We do have to cats that he herds but doesn't hurt.
