Services provided include, but are not limited to:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Meal and snack preparation, and feeding if necessary
- Transportation to and from appointments
- Companionship
- Medication dispensing, blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring
-Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, groceries, errands)
- Socialization
- Range of motion activities
- Cognition/memory-based care to slow disease progression
