Forklift Operator - Guelph, ON

The Receiver is responsible for executing shipping, receiving and inventory functions in the farm and in the warehouse depending on the specific needs. The receiver, when needed, might be asked to support the farm’s operations team in the daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Receive materials to the farm and warehouse as delivered and place in appropriate areas following FIFO guidelines.
Properly read and verify all documentation when receiving and shipping materials to ensure that matches the requirements.
Ensure production documentation is completed with accuracy and attention to detail based on expectations of metrics and KPIs from the organization.
Transport raw input material and finish goods back and forth from the Warehouse to the Farm as needed.
Accurately create and receive the transfer orders in the App.
Oversee the organization of finished goods and ensure our product cases are properly packaged and labeled for shipment.
Daily perform picking activities to complete all the customers’ orders.
Regularly read and check the Purchase Order SharePoint for BOL updates.
Work with Quality Assurance on the hold and release program as it pertains to finish product
Keep track of inventory holds and proper release of inventory.
Regularly fill out and complete shipping forms.

Qualifications
Prior Stand-Up Counterbalance Crown or DOCKSTOCKER forklift experience
Valid Counterbalance, DOCKSTOCKER forklift License
Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment techniques.

Shift Details
Timing: March 12th, 16th, 17th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 30th and 31st, 8AM - 8PM
Pay Rate: $19/hr
