Job Description:Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions has an immediate opening for Sales Executive - Freight Broker in Guelph , Canada Location: Guelph, Canada Shift: Full-time Day Shift 8am-5pm Start: ASAP - FULL TIME Pay Rate: $ 70K-$120K 8% Commission on paid invoices Work schedule Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm Friday work from home or Flexible with work from home depending on the employee's experience. Direct Hire Summary: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record exceeding quota, a strong understanding of consultative and strategic selling concepts, and develops and implements value-based initiatives to differentiate, build customer loyalty and drive profitable revenue growth. Responsibilities * Building a book of repeat business and generating quality sales through networking, cold-calling prospects, and building relationships as part of a coordinated sales strategy * Recording all opportunities and communications using our TMW and sales automation platform * Driving sales and achieving strategic objectives; Pro-actively managing a sales pipeline and developing a strategy for long-term sustained success * Creating sales strategies by gathering market information, analyzing opportunities, and documenting sales methodology * Responding to client prospect inquiries by preparing responses to requests for proposals and requests for quotations * Preparing presentations and delivering to prospective clients * Actively participating in sales meetings and reporting on sales goals, forecasting, and wins; * Utilize inside sales knowledge. * Support carrier reps with the coordination of transportation freight in a cost-effective manner. * Schedule pick-up and delivery appointment times. * Communicate effectively with customers, * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- maintain close contact with all customers- including follow up on concerns or other issues. * Communicate customer problems to management * Develop, execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. * Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. * Build customer base with target margins Qualifications & Experience: * Working knowledge of with TMW software * Competitive "Hunter" personality * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Customer & solution-focused approach * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt easily to different and sometimes stressful situations * Experience with C-suite is an asset * Energetic, Hard Working, Entrepreneurial, Accountable and Pro-Active * Problem-solving skills to be able to propose solutions that meet & exceed the customers' business needs * 2-3 years minimum experience in transportation and logistics sales * Proven track record in sales in transportation/logistics (3PL preferred) * Solid understanding of Microsoft Office and disciplined * Highly motivated self-starter Outgoing personality; high energy * Flexible Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun Job ID: 31962049
