We are thrilled to deliver an exciting new living experience for students in the Guelph area! Welcome to our studio and studio with balcony options for one student to have their own space and the ability to make it their own! We also have 2-bedroom units that are $1350/person. Rental rates are for a fully furnished room.

Head downstairs and cook in our fully equipped commercial kitchen, meet up with your friends to play in the games room, exercise in the fitness centre, or get your school work done in our study spaces. Alma@Guelph truly delivers the full experience and we can’t wait for you to be a part of it!

Our building is being newly renovated to suit the student lifestyle and we are excited to welcome you to our building!
