Looking for a dog loving roommate

Hi, I am looking to find a roommate to split the cost of my rent for April 2026. More pictures upon request
It’s a basement apartment with a very large kitchen, small living space and another bedroom. There’s an electrical fireplace, shared bathroom/ washing machine and ample storage. It comes with an air humidifier too.
The empty bedroom is carpeted and have a decent closet.
The unit is in a cute neighborhood close to parks and trails. The bus stop is 4 mins walking distance and a nearby Timmies.
All utilities included (internet will be included in the price too).
As for my dog he’s very people friendly (maybe too much so). He is excitable and silly especially with people. He can be a bit much, hence why someone who loves and has experience with dogs is the best option. He can shed a lot too, so if you’re allergic..not the best fit.
Female roommate is preferred. Credit checks, references and employment/source of income will be asked.
Snow maintenance is unfortunately our responsibility—but there is a back yard. Landlord mows it. It can be difficult to access in winter though.
