Seeking roommate for a two bed, two bath apartment in Larry Uteck area. The unit is over 900 Sq ft.
The bedroom available is 220 Sq ft. The bedroom has two closets, one of which is a walk-in. No carpet in the apt.
There is a laundry room in the unit.
It's a smoke free building, no pets.
A single professional female or mature female student is preferred. Your portion of the rent would be $1300 per month.
This includes the heat, hot water, wifi and power. Prkg not included but there should be spots available for rent. Located on major bus routes.
Roommate would have the unit to herself most of the time.
