Description
Ocean Breeze RV Park is a smaller, private, gated, seasonal RV Park intended for all age groups. It is located on a 11 acre site right in John Bay on the Northumberland Straight rear River John. Our RV Park offers a generous site size in which most have a view of the ocean. We have a decent beach and the waters are very warm for swimming. Boating and water sports are popular: ie canoe, kayak, jet ski, etc. A ramp to the beach allows for easy transport from your site to the water. The Cape John Marina is just 10 mins away, while other necessities are just minutes way. New for 2026 is a new Pickleball court and our half kilometer walking trail.
Our RV Park is intended for people who are not really interested in an extreme party atmosphere like so many campgrounds. However, we do like to have fun and we have fun events throughout the season. People socialize with their favorite beverage watching some of the most amazing sunsets. Your kids (or grandkids) can play throughout the park and we have a playground for everyone to use.
