Our Installers are comfortable working at heights on high-rise buildings and have learned to adapt to the climate in Nova Scotia.
The Installer reports to the Lead Installer. The role of the Installer is to safely participate in every aspect of the cladding installation. From unloading materials from the delivery vehicles to putting on the final piece of siding, and everything in between. Your will need to understand the intricacies of the cladding systems we install, actively participate in the installation, and continuously seek new knowledge. Lead and Senior Installers are available to answer your questions and provide insight to help you become a long-term indispensable member of our team.
Learning & Development
Engage in on-the-job training provided by the company.
Complete safety courses as provided by the company. Ask questions related to how we complete our installations.
Receive and implement feedback based on your installations.
Continuously strive to improve craftsmanship and broaden carpentry skills.
Safety
Adhere to all company safety policies and protocols.
Wear mandated safety equipment and gear.
Ensure work areas are kept clean and free from hazards.
Report any unsafe conditions or practices to supervisors.
Cladding Installations
Complete cladding installations properly and with precision.
Use hand tools and power tools without supervision and as trained.
Collaborate with the Lead Installer to ensure an efficient workflow.
Teamwork & Communication
Work closely with fellow installers to ensure efficient and effective installations.
Communicate any challenges or concerns with the Lead Installer.
Contribute to team meetings and discussions.
Submit your daily hours to the Lead Installer at the end of the work day.
Maintenance
Maintain, clean, and organize tools and equipment.
Ensure tools are stored properly and in their designated places after use.
Customer Interaction
Respect clients' properties, ensuring cleanliness and minimal disruption.
Direct customer queries to the Lead Installer or Senior Installer.

We are looking for skilled installers. Wage will be based on industry experience and knowledge.
Fall Protection is a must.
WHMIS 2015 is a must.
Swing Stage & Aerial Lift certificated are a must.
Other industry safety courses are an asset.
