I am placing this Ad for a friend of mine who owns this lovely Villa in Cancun as her English is limited.
I speak from experience when I say that this Villa is the best and yet most affordable Villa in the neighborhood. Firstly, it is a gated community with guards at 2 entrances. They are there 24/7. Not that you will need it, as it is a very safe neighborhood in a middle class neighborhood. Just outside the main gates (3 minute walk) is a "Six", Oxxo and 711 within 5 minute walk from gate. They all sell beer and alchohol. Sundays they close at 5pm for any alchohol. A 10 minute walk gets you to Soriana's plaza. And 15 minutes to Walmart. There is a great restaurant called "Mr Lasagna". Honestly, the best Lasagna and pizza I've had. Also great chinese food in the Soriana Mall. This is for those who don't particularly like Mexican food. Of course there are great Mexican restaurants just a walk away. Everything you need is in the studio. For those of us on a budget, it's great. Large fridge in each studio. Electic stove, microwave, pots, pans and utensils. Towels, clean linens provided. Toilet paper (2 rolls) so you have to buy your own aferwards. Air conditioning in all rooms. And the best thing is TV and GREAT WIFI. Oh ya....... the POOL right in the backyard is heaven! You CANNOT smoke in the unit but there are tables and chairs and ashtrays right outside your unit. My friend has listings on A i r b n b. However, if you would like to avoid the taxes and fees you can contact her directly. If you have any questions at all, just ask me. I have vacationed here for 6 years and have been 12 times. Just ask me. I have added the pictures on her website but also a few of my own. At this time of year (high season) she only charges $33/night and up to $42/night approximately. The larger room can sleep more than 2.

Si deseas pasar una agradable estancia en al Habana te invitamos a alojarte en el Hostal DIMA que se encuentra en el mismo corazón de la ciudad a solo 150 m del Capitolio y 200 del Parque Central en un apartamento de estilo colonial de más de 200 m2 donde tenemos disponibles dos habitaciones de más de 16 m2 cada una. Una habitación tiene una cama matrimonial y existe la posibilidad de utilizar otra cama anexa tamaño individual. La segunda habitación tiene dos camas tamaño twin/single. RCI can be booked anywhere in the world. Points can be saved to bank for large trips. You can book vacations, hotels, cruises, cars and flights. You can upgrade to Platinum membership at any time for more perks. Book using your points, pay a small booking fee (less than $100). All other fees disclosed upfront (house keeping, parking, etc.).

Divi timeshare comes with RCI points (package deal). You can use them for yourself or for others as guests. You do not have to book the timeshare at Divi Resort, you can use the points to go anywhere, but you have to have the timeshare to use the points.
Annual fees are approximately $1000 Divi, $200 RCI
Although you own a "week" the dates are variable.
