Are you a team player looking for a full-time permanent position in a custom shop? Have you just finished school and looking for an apprentice opportunity?
We are currently looking for a welder to join our custom fabrication shop in the Hamilton area!

Responsibilities
What YOU will be doing as a Welder
- custom fabrication
- work with heavy gauge material from ½” plate up to 24” thick plate
- read and understand engineered drawings and weld symbols
- work safely and follow all safety rules and procedures
- work with cranes and rigging
Qualifications
What YOU bring to the role of Welder Fitter in Hamilton:
- CWB Certified in flat MCAW and SMAW all positions or able to obtain
- ability to adapt as jobs are different
- good verbal and handwritten communication
- mechanical hydraulic experience is an asset
- good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- ability to work well with others and independently
- experience with cranes and rigging
- driver's license an asset
