2007 gmc sierra 1500 extended cab

Brand new winters, never had any engine issues. Just got a full synthetic oil change, always kept up with the changes. Needs new lower ball joint but not right away just a little play. New cd deck alpine amp new speakers and 2 10 inch kicker subwoofers. Door isnt sealed properly on drivers side easy fix though
