Kangal x Huntaway

Raja is a beautiful almost 2 year old Kangal x Huntaway.
Up until recently she has lived peacefully with our family of teenage children, other dog, cats and farm animals.
Raja has recently began showing some property guarding to strangers / other dogs that have made her no longer ideal for our family. She also has some resource guarding issues with food.
Other than those issues Raja is a wonderful dog that would do well on a farm or with a handler experienced with strong breeds. She is not suitable for a family with young children and would be best suited as the only dog however she can get along with some other dogs.
Raja recently went through a board and train program with a local trainer in Kamloops and was very successful in basic obedience training, recall, and learning property boundaries via electronic collar/fencing.
We are looking to find Raja a forever home as we care for her very much- however her working drives and genetics no longer allow her to stay with our family.
