Looking for someone who can assemble a dx5 scooter

I am looking for someone locally who can assemble a dx5 scooter and maintenence it every 6 weeks and do tire checks and inflate tires and check brakes as well as do spring tuneups. You will be paid 40 to 60 dollars every 6 weeks to keep it in good prime condition plus up to 100 every spring. You must be a good mechanic and claim the money on your Taxes each year .
