Excavator Operator

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating heavy equipment and a strong understanding of construction site operations. This role involves working on various projects, including excavation, grading, and site preparation, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Operate excavators and possibly skidsteer.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to understand project requirements and timelines.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
Qualifications
Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with excavators, loaders, and graders.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery.
Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as needed on-site.
