As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and recommendations regarding their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. Your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and deliver outstanding customer service will be vital to your success in this role.Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers both in person and over the phone, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Listen to customer’s concerns, questions and vehicle issues to accurately diagnose their needs and educate them on their vehicles.
- Schedule service appointments, ensuring efficient use of service bays and technicians.
- Consult with technicians to obtain necessary repair estimates and provide detailed explanations to customers.
- Present service recommendations, including cost estimates and repair timelines, to customers in a clear and informative manner.
- Upsell additional service, maintenance packages and special promotions where appropriate.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle services and notify them of any changes or delays.
- Maintain accurate service records and customer contact information in the database.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure the timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Take payments, arrange for refunds, post credit and follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
- Move customer vehicles from in front of the reception to the side of the shop ready for the technicians.Experience and Related Skills:

Position Overview
Our culinary team goes the extra mile to ensure our guests are nourished with incredible food, so they can enjoy their ski vacation to the fullest. The role is heavily cleaning based, including daily deep cleaning tasks in the kitchen area.
The First Cook is responsible for preparing a packed lunch for the ski program each day, as well as preparing lunch for staff and guests at the lodge. The First Cook is a food-oriented individual dedicated to quality, creativity, and consistency.
This is a seasonal job opportunity. The CMH summer season runs from late-June to end of August. Daily rate of pay is based on an 11-hour day, worked as a split shift. A typical schedule consists of 2 weeks on and 1 week off. Accommodation is available while on shift, at no extra cost, for staff joining our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare and package lunches for the field program and for the staff and guests remaining at the lodge.
- Participate in menu planning, ordering, and receiving, as required.
- Attend all staff and department meetings, as required, including pre-service line-ups.
- Demonstrate tidy grooming and professional appearance.
- Safe and efficient food handling, knife handling, meal plating.
- Understand and maintain accurate kitchen stocking and dry storage rotation.
- Dishes, dishes, and more dishes throughout each shift.
- Daily deep cleaning tasks in and around the kitchen area.
- Perform radio duty, as required, to support field operations.
- Willingness to assist other members of the lodge team, as needed.
- Follow OH&S, food safe, and WHMIS best-practices.
- Support guests in the field program, as needed.
- Provide support for rescue operations when required.
Minimum Qualifications- Post-secondary education in hospitality field, preferred.
- Food Safe Certificate.
- Minimum 1 years' experience preparing sauces, dips, soups, sandwiches, charcuterie boards, etc.
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Background in luxury hospitality or fine dining, preferred.
