I do train in the garage most mornings, as my bike is set up in there. The house is NOT sound proof so you would need to be a morning person and someone who goes to bed early. I am very quiet and enjoy spending time at home, peacefully. I often have records playing and incense burning. I meditate at night so quiet at night is important.
When inquiring please include information such as: length of stay, reason for moving, job information, relevant information about yourself etc. Move in can be anytime. The most important thing to me is compatibility. I will NOT respond to ‘interested’. Please include relevant information.
Rent would be month to month to ensure that we get along. You would not be on the lease. This is perfect for seasonal workers, cellar hands etc.
