Your home will be a full private 1bdrm suite with kitchen and laundry. Furnished with bed, desk, dresser, couch, TV, kitchen table etc.
Students are required to clean and maintain the space regularly.
Students will be required to provide proof of registration at school.
Suite is not available in July and August for family use.
I live upstairs with my two sons (one going to UBCO in September!) And the other starting grade 10.
We have two pugs and a cat. You have access to the backyard and a small private patio for yourself.
We are two houses away from the #8bus which is an 8min ride to the UBCO exchange.

There is currently 1 double bed but if two friends wish to share then I'll put two single beds in the room. Both need to be registered students. If two students are sharing, rent will be $100 more.
