Hi! I’m renting out a room in my small house, just steps from Safeway and walking distance to downtown and the harbourfront.
It’s just me (a working professional) and my dog, and we’ve built a pretty calm, easygoing home. Think more “quiet evenings and clean common spaces” than “revolving door of guests.” If that sounds like your kind of living situation, let me know.
Your room:
Private bedroom, fully furnished and ready to move into. You’ll share the bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room with a couch and TV — good for unwinding after work. In-house laundry is included, and parking is around back plus there’s street parking.
• Rent: $800/month, plus 50% of utilities
• Available: August 1st, 2026
• Non-smoking home
• I have a dog, so another dog isn’t the best fit but if you have a cat, they’re more than welcome!
