The location is ideal and one of a kind in the fact that you are minutes by boat from the Clearwater bay government landing and in the heart of world class fishing of all species of fish. The property location is facing south west, and Turtle Bay itself is 1 mile long by 1/2 mile wide. There are 6 private residences in the bay with our own personal camp located next door to Turtle Bay vacation rental. The property can comfortably host a maximum of 4 adults or 6 guests including children and is optimal for a family or small group of avid fisherman looking for an idealistic retreat to relax after a great day navigating the waters of LOTW. The Camp sits on one acre of land with 180' of prime water frontage with a combination of both rock and sand beach. Depending on annual water levels there is a seasonal average of 6' at the end of the dock. Two Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUP), as well as a pedal boat and canoe are available for guest use. The island property is over 3 square miles with a handful of hiking trails beginning footsteps from the Camp doorway. The Camp was completely renovated as an open concept build in 2020 with 1300 sq feet of comfortable modern living space. There are 3 bedrooms, master with king bed, second room with queen bed, and a bunk room with a single over double (bunk bed) .
