PENDING 1970 Chrysler Newport convertible
Description
Here is your chance to get a really nice convertible for a decent price and improve as you drive. No rust, perfect floors inside and under, trunk, etc. Original interior in good shape.
383 engine runs great. Starts, shifts, stops.
73,000 miles
-carb needs redone from sitting(accelerator pump dry) I have a rebuilt kit.
-convertible top is old, not great, pump is good but one cylinder is a bit lazy. Goes down ok but needs a little help going up for the first third of the way.
-the muffler is cracked around the back exit du to hanging (missing hangers for years).
You can't do just body and paint on those big car for what I'm asking for the car. Drive train alone is worth thousands and runs really good. The body is excellent and chrome near flawless.
