Full Circle Health Network's administrative & osteopathic team are looking for some office soulmates! We're a small, fun team who love travelling, food, music, animals, and people (not necessarily in that order). Our clinic's atmosphere can be described as zen, cozy, calming, and always full of laughter. We'd love to have some officemates that bring more of that energy into the space! There is a total of 7 offices and a studio space in our clinic, with the studio (17’ x 26’) and up to 4 offices available for rent.

Long-term office rentals available as of October 1st at Full Circle Health Network (4 Cataraqui Street, Suite 110) in the highly sought-after Woolen Mill building in downtown Kingston. We are seeking established professionals already running their own business and looking for a shared office space that exudes professionalism, quality, and aesthetic. Rent starts at $1,800 +HST per month based on the number of rooms and space required. Up to 4 offices are available, plus the studio space for short and long-term renting, and a possibility for shared administrative space.

Included in the price: high speed internet, air conditioning, heating, in-unit washer and dryer, a kitchenette, a shared bathroom, studio space, some storage space, a beautiful waiting area with daily complimentary tea, retail space, biweekly professional cleaning services, cross-referrals, and specialty tables and desks available as furnishings depending on renter needs (including ashiatsu bars in one office), and free parking.

Additional optional services can be added for additional costs including: phone lines, administrative support, marketing support.

This high quality, centrally-located waterfront space is accessible, optionally furnished, comfortable, has ample free parking around the building, has 3 cafés close by, and is secure (front doors lock at 5pm every night).

The ideal occupants are wellness providers (massage, physio, therapy, naturopath, nurse practitioners, the list goes on and on!), but we are also very open to studio owners such as dance studios, yoga/pilates, etc. We’re looking for people who can match the zen energy (zenergy if you will) of our space, easygoing, kind, organized, and committed to excellence for both themselves professionally and their patients/clients.
