Season starts May 10 to October 20th. This trailer (1999 Prowler) ( queen bed with two bunk beds) and add-a-room have conveniently had many recent renovations. The shed is brand new as well. The add-on is all insulated and the windows are new. All indoor furniture is included as well as a new washing machine. The couch is a Queen size hide-a bed in the add-on which is excellent for extra guests. The privacy blind that goes on the porch stays as well. Outdoor furniture and BBQ are not included. Most of the decor is staying except a few things that belong to the family (ice fishing poles in the net decor plus the starfish and Perth sign) Both TV’s are included. Trailer is well maintained and everything works great. The site fees are $3975+ tax per year and $275 plus tax for sewer hook-up.
