Hi, I am listing my fully furnished (meaning it has a bed, table etc) One Bedroom Apartment with One Bathroom at Unity Point NEAR QUEENS UNIVERSITY.
This is a summer lease transfer from the period of May 1 to Aug 31st.
I am moving out in the next few days and I am urgently looking for serious inquiries, someone who is looking for an apartment ASAP. The rent is 1425 per month, BUT I will e-transfer you $1700 after you sign the lease, so it should only cost you $1000 per month ($425 discount basically). Furnished room in a furnished 2 bedroom apartment on Princess street, 10-15 minute walk to Queen's campus with a Food Basics right behind us. The bed folds into a couch. Space heater, microwave, folding chair, waste bin and closet are included in room. The living room and kitchen are shared, and you can use the Nintendo Switch and PS5. You will have your own half bathroom, but there is only one shower. Unfortunately there is no parking on site, but local parking isn't hard to find. The doors to the building are locked along with the unit itself, so it is very safe. Laundry is in the building and very cheap. I don't really want pets here but I'm potentially open to it. The price is total: you will not have to pay for utilities, internet or electricity (so long as you don't try mining crypto-currency or something like that). Students only, no couples.
About Me: I'm a Queen's graduate student in psychology and will be in Kingston for the next 5 years, so I plan to live at this property for quite some time. If you have anymore questions about me or the property please feel free to ask.
