This is a student rental house in a family oriented townhouse condominium. We are seeking 2 additional housemates .
Please see the pictures below. These room rentals come with a bed, mattress (with new cover) desk, and a chair. You only need to bring personal items such as bedding, laptop, clothing, hangers and personal hygiene items and you should be good to go.
You are able to share the many other resources in the house (microwave, toaster etc.) if you clean up after yourself.
Send an message expressing your interest that includes your details. For example, let us know your school, program, where you’re from, how long you need the room , if you have a car, if the room is for yourself, references- if any. The more information, the better.

We are currently repainting rooms and performing minor renovations. Expected top be completed by the end of July.
