I am renting out two private bedrooms in a shared home. Rent is all-inclusive.
The larger room is furnished with a queen-size mattress, as well as a desk and chair. The midsize room is unfurnished and suitable for a single or double mattress. Available immediately.
Larger room: $900
Midsize room: $750

- Yes, if the ad is up it is available.
- It is not suitable for two people to share one room.
- Maximum of three occupants will live in the home at any given time.
- I have no pets and do not smoke.

It's a quiet neighbourhood about 6km from Queen's. There are two bus stops directly in front of the house on Montreal Street near the 401. Approximately 20-30 mins to campus by bus and just 10 mins if you drive! Very quick access to the 401 if you drive to work in the west or east end of town.
