As a graduate from the University of Waterloo in Biomedical Sciences with a high GPA (3.98/4.00) and achieving an NSERC Undergraduate Student Research Award, I developed a passion for teaching as I took on a role of teaching assistant (TA) from 2016-2019. I worked as a TA for a wide discipline of science courses including cell biology, human physiology, microbiology, toxicology, organic chemistry, and Biochemistry.
