This trailer (1999 Prowler) ( queen bed with two bunk beds) and add-a-room have conveniently had many recent renovations. The shed is brand new as well. The add-on is all insulated and the windows are new. All indoor furniture is included as well as a new washing machine. The couch is a Queen size hide-a bed in the add-on which is excellent for extra guests. The privacy blind that goes on the porch stays as well. Outdoor furniture and BBQ are not included. Most of the decor is staying except a few things that belong to the family (ice fishing poles in the net decor plus the starfish and Perth sign) Both TV’s are included. Trailer is well maintained and everything works great. The site fees are $3975+ tax per year and $275 plus tax for sewer hook-up. 2nd owner. Spent most of its life in California so there is zero rust. All receipts and paperwork from new. Interior is in fantastic condition. Tv is gone, upgraded stereo and back up camera. Don’t need to sell, my better half bought a bigger rv to accommodate her dogs. No sense in it just sitting. 75 k miles. Camper is now stored indoors for winter, coming out soon. Had to have inspection done for insurance, mechanic said ‘mint condition’. I’m not claiming it’s perfect but it really is virtually rust free. There is no play at all in the steering. Has the 318 engine. Will sell certified. Has 100w portable solar panel and not yet installed 1000w Renogy inverter. Small Zamp solar panel, customer storage cover. Thanks for looking. Camper is now indoors for winter storage.
