Professional Couple Seeking 2-Bedroom Home – Cardinal/Kemptville

Professional couple looking for a long-term rental starting September 2026 in the Cardinal or Kemptville area. We are looking for a 2-bedroom home (or a split-level/home-share with a private entrance) that offers a quiet, respectful environment.
​About Us:
​Stable Income: I am a 33-year-old Dental Assistant working full-time, and my partner is a retired Veteran also currently working full-time.
​Long-term Vision: We are on a 5-year plan and are looking for a place to call home for the foreseeable future.
​Maintenance-Minded: We are handy with tools and more than willing to assist with minor repairs or general property upkeep.
​Bonus Value: I have 8 years of experience as an Equine Veterinary Assistant. If you happen to be renting out a property on a farm, I’m more than happy to help with animal care or light farm chores as a neighborly gesture, perhaps in exchange for assistance with utilities or similar arrangements.
​Reliable Tenants: Non-smokers/nondrinkers, quiet, and professional.
​Our Requirements:
​Budget: Around $1,600/month (flexible depending on the property).
​Utilities: Preferably inclusive, but we are open to negotiation.
​Storage: We require space for kayaks and some additional storage.
​Outdoor Space: A backyard (preferably fenced) is high on our list.
​Pet Friendly: While we have no pets currently, we would like the option to have one in the future.
