No parking is included, so you should probably be retired, walk to work, get a ride with friends to school, or have offsite parking for your vehicle. There is access to a parking space for an additional $100/month, but it is a block away.

We're a fun and active family. You can be part of our lives, or stay distant and hide in your room, your preference. It's comfortable enough. And the location can't be beat. You will have full access to the shared areas of the main house, including laundry, kitchen, bathroom, living room and back porch with a view of the river / marina.

No smokers please. This is for a single person, no couples or families please.
