It's a pebble beach so highly recommend water shoes else the pebbles can be a strong therapy for the feet! No laundry on site, please bring your own linen, towels, and toiletries. Kitchen is equipped for your needs with a coffee maker, microwave, fridge and oven. Kayaks are put away for the fall/winter, available next in Summer 2023!

I’m posting this early to try and find the right tenant. I have had the same person for 6 years but she’s graduating. This is a small (700 sq ft) 1 bedroom unit with a spectacular 350 sq foot terrace over looking Kingston to the east. I have been renting the condo furnished and all inclusive so that’s still a possibility. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a storage space. I currently use the parking spot, that’s negotiable. Better for me if new person doesn’t need parking. Unit isn’t available until May or June 2023. There is a possibility of seeing the place at Christmas. I’m looking for someone for around 2 years, shorter term is a possibility . Rent is negotiable depending on agreement. It is a small but spectacular unit, best suited for a retiree or professional. Thanks for looking. Understandably lots of questions about rent .
