We are a property management company we offer MLS listing, credit checks, showings, listing your property and management services all for 50% less than real estate agents.
We only charge 35% of one months rent to advertise your unit, list it and screen potential tenants for you. Unlike real estate agents we run our own credit checks we don’t accept them from potential tenants as they can be fake.
We offer to options to help you find your next tenants
Option #1. Our self serve option.
We will advertise the unit for you on multiple sites.
We will screen potential renters that respond to the ads via phone, text or email as per your criteria.
We will book viewing appointments for anyone that fits your criteria and you will show them the unit.
We will ask them to fill out an application that we will send to you or you can ask them to fill it out.
When you narrow down your search we will screen up to 4 potential tenants that you are interested in renting to, we will send them a link so we can pull their credit reports and you will receive the results.
We can provide you with the standard lease documents but you would fill them out yourself.
Our flat rate fee for this service is $350Option # 3 Our full service option.
We will list your unit, advertise it on multiple websites. We will take pictures of your unit.
Screen everyone that replies to our ads.
We will book appointments to show the unit as well as show the unit to potential tenants on your behalf.
We will run credit checks on anyone you think is a suitable tenant and send you the results so you can make the final decision on who will rent your unit.
We will then create the lease for you, make sure it is signed, and utilities transferred if needed and proof of insurance and ID’s received if you require them.
This option costs 35% of one months rent.
We also offer affordable home staging services for rentals or selling.
