High School Math Tutor - Certified Teacher 20 yrs experience

I am an experienced high school math tutor, having taught and tutored math for many years.

I offer math tutoring in the following courses:
Grades 9 Mathematics new curriculum
Grade 10 Principles of Mathematics - Academic
Grade 11 Functions – U. or Grade 11 Functions and Applications U/C
Grade 12 Advanced Functions

Tutoring is one on one using a shared whiteboard that allows both the tutor and the student to work on problems together. My students love it! I can upload worksheets, or students can upload questions from their teacher, and we solve the problems together.

Send me a note with your contact information and we can set up a call to discuss your student's needs for support in math.

"Joanne has been providing support for our son throughout his high school career (Gr 9-Gr 12 Advanced Functions). My son greatly benefitted from her patient nature and clear, concise guidance. “We were very pleased with her final mark as she was failing when you started working with her. Huge improvement! She couldn’t have done it without you. You were very patient and explained things in a way she could understand. Your help was very much appreciated and she was pleased with the outcome.”
