I swam competitively for 10 years, and have over 20 years of teaching experience, and 15+ years of competitive coaching experience. I am a certified instructor, as well as a level 2 trained competitive swim coach. I have personally taught every level of athlete you can imagine. I have taught Parent and Tot to university age swimmers, Special Olympics to Paralympics. I also have lots of experience in teaching kids with ASD. I have coached many athletes to provincial championships as well as placing 2 swimmers on National teams for Canada. I also have 2 awards of excellence from Swim Canada for coaching Para athletes to Canadian Records.

But during lockdowns I discovered the power of minimalist kettlebell training and developed a training system, specifically geared for building power and endurance in sport, and everything changed. If you want to excel as an athlete, then train like one.
