Rent share

Seeking individuals (male preferred, or a couple looking to save $$$) who are between the ages of 28-40 who are working professionals, with reasonable credit, to share a good size house. Prices are obviously high for 1-2 bedrooms. 4 bedroom 3baths are going for 2800$-3500$. Willing to do majority of rent. Ex. If rent is 2800$ I would only ask to contribute 1000$ plus half utilities.
