If anyone in the great KW area happens to find a gold necklace with Leah plated in gold and diamonds on the L, I would be forever grateful to you. The gold was melted down from my grandmother's jewelery and the diamonds we hers as well. It was a gift from my dad for my daughter. I was to wear it until she was old enough to be gifted with it. I don't even know when I lost it. Please share

3 hoodlums just ripped an iPhone 14 Pro Max 512GB Deep Purple right out of my hands after coming to "buy" it. They are roughly 18-25 years of age, dark skinned, all wearing black hoodies, one of them wearing blue track pants.
Please contact me for the serial number and I will show it to you on the bill of sale.
IMEI is 358416183844972.
S/N is D2YHRWMN7W.
A police report has already been filed.
The main perpetrator called himself "Micheal" here on Kijiji. He presents as a Conestoga College student and his cell number was/is 226-773-4159.
UPDATE - Sept 22, 2022: After speaking with police it appears that I am not the only victim of this grab-and-run tactic, and that this group of 3 seems to have done this before (a young lady with a phone less than 2 weeks ago experienced the same thing). So if you are selling a high value item, like a phone, do NOT hand it over so the individual can "see" it unless: a) you are inside a contained space (the officer suggested the police station), b) you have seen the money or e-transfer amount has gone through. Also, make sure that anyone coming to your house to purchase is within range of security cameras. If you don't have one, buy one, and mount it such that you can view the entirety of your property frontage. If you sense any uneasiness in the transaction, listen to your gut, and walk away.
Let's make Kijiji a safe marketplace and eliminate the chances of theft by scumbags like the 3 individuals that victimized me and my family. Their time will come, and soon.
MESSAGE TO THE THIEVES: The serial number and IMEI are being watched by police, Apple, Kijiji, and 2 blacklist websites. I'd highly suggest you do yourselves a favour and turn in the phone to the police station and walk away. You can say you found it. I get my phone back, you get your lives back.
UPDATE - NOV 23, 2022: See included photo for blacklist record.

Thursday (March 16) night someone took 6 sets of more than 100 keys from my car parked on my driveway at Stanley Park Kitchener. They were in a purple Hey's beauty case. I thought the person might toss the keys while keeping the other contents. I understand that the life is difficult for many with raising cost of living. I will reward $100 cash if all the keys are returned, no questions asked and will not report to police.
Whoever discover 6 lots of key sets on leather key chains, I greatly appreciate your information, please email a photo for me to identify. Thank you

For a young player a must to properly advance is to train and play with their age mates, not only to have lessons with the adult coach. If your kid (a boy or a girl) is playing tennis maybe they are on the same level of play, contact me to arrange the first meeting details. He's been training for 4 and half years, we're located in north Waterloo, he can play with up to 12 years old boys or even older girls. We might come up to down to Cambridge, east to Guelph or the same distance to north or west. We know a lot of public courts available during the day.

Is Amalgamation the Future of Governance in Waterloo Region?
This segment of our virtual series is scheduled to take place Thursday March 16, 2023 online via zoom from 6:30 - 8 PM.
Municipal amalgamation refers to the consolidation of multiple municipal governments into a single unit. This process involves the merging of local government structures, including councils, staff, and departments, into a single entity.
While many support this fusion of governance and feel this can result in a more streamlined and efficient government, it remains a controversial issue. Others identify the many possible negative impacts to the local communities, such as a loss of control and communal identity.
This meeting will begin with guest speakers presenting both facts and perspectives on amalgamation and the changes it may mean for Waterloo Region's municipal governance.
Following these presentations, our participants will take the floor, asking any questions they may have and in turn sharing their views and thoughts on the topic. This event will be recorded with footage made available for later viewing.
Additional Information and registration is available online at www.WRCommunityTownhalls.ca

These rings were stolen after my mom's passing along with other items left to me such as vintage Pepsi items, coin collection, clothes and any other items the person could get even a few bucks from. despite know who did it she sold/gave away/ even threw items out quick. I'd like to try to reclaim what has been in my family for generations. I wish I had posted soon but was dealing with so many other difficult traumas associated with her passing and things immediately following her death.please look closely as each ring has a sentimental value, even the one the thieve is wearing on her pointer finger in last pic

Stolen near downtown Kitchener. Near the main intersection of Victoria St. and Lancaster St.
This bike was stolen from our garage early Thursday (Oct. 6th) morning. The bike is old (purchased in 1991) so not worth much for resale but has great value to us. There are some additions since the bike images were taken. There is now a leather saddle (similar to the image) and silver colored handle bar ends (close to image sample but are each one piece and bend 90 degrees over the handlebar)(obvious rust on them). Also has a rack over the back wheel (as in the image) and has a center mount kick stand instead of the rear mount shown in the image. It is for a large man (6 ft) or more.
Someone could be using it, trying to sell it or abandoned it anywhere.
If you see this bike please contact me or contact the Waterloo regional police (519-570-9777)
Thank you in advance for your help if you see it.
