As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager who takes full ownership of their location. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build and lead a strong team, maintain operational excellence, and run the restaurant with a profitability-first mindset.
The ideal candidate is highly accountable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring brand standards are upheld, and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience to every customer.
Operations Management
Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations (front and back of house)
Ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency in food preparation and service
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times
Monitor and enforce brand standards, processes, and procedures
Actively work on the floor during peak periods to support operations
Staff Leadership & Development
Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members
Create staff schedules based on business needs and labor targets
Lead, coach, and motivate employees to maintain high performance
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
Customer Experience
Ensure every customer receives fast, friendly, and high-quality service
Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
Maintain a welcoming and clean dining environment
Hands-On Role Expectations
Step into operational roles as needed, including: Working in the line
Financial Performance
Monitor sales, profitability, and key performance metrics
Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reporting
Qualifications & Requirements
1+ years of experience in restaurant or food service management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Experience with POS systems and basic financial reporting
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
