The accommodations sleep 8 with 2 bedroom,2 baths & 2 kitchens. This unit is what they call a lockout with one main door then 2 separate doors to unit A & B.
That means you can have one side & the kids the other side. The unit is fully furnished with Two dual access bathrooms; one with a Jacuzzi tub, oversized walk-in shower and sitting area.
The total square footage is over 1500 feet, King & queen size beds.
Annual Maintenance is approximately 1291.00 (including the taxes).

Your usage will start in March of 2027. This week 10, is a Saturday check-in, which is now a points one for 92,500 or you can take week 10 every year.

It is permanently deeded, ownerships are still being sold by The Resort for well over $20,000, so this is truly a steal!!
In case you are not up to speed on the benefits of RCI points, here’s a quick summary. You may use your points to reserve vacation time in a more flexible manner than by owning a traditional week.
You are welcome to reserve a full week or more at a time, or reserve just two or three nights at a time and have several “Mini” vacations instead of one long one.
The choice is yours.
Please note that the allocation/expiration date for RCI Points is subject to change ONLY if you are already an RCI points member.
The change is done solely by RCI and we have no control over this. RCI is said to use their best judgment when making this change so that it does not damper the amount of time any current points are still good for.
Most timeshares are deeded property, and as such they go through a relatively simple yet sometimes lengthy process in order to transfer ownership, just like any other real estate transaction. New deeds must be created and executed, then sent to the appropriate county for recording, and then sent to the resort for their own transfer processing.
No one can control the county recording offices or the resort management and the time they may take to complete their portion of the process. Therefore, the purchaser of this timeshare must understand that the transfer of ownership into their name may take at least sixty days or even longer. The time frame at best is 30 days & the worst is 120 days.
RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL--
Many timeshares retain the Right of First Refusal. If the resort exercises this right, you will be refunded your deposit in full.
