A local fruit and veggie stand is located just around the corner.
The local town of Coco is a 10 min walk. Lots of restaurants and shops for your enjoyment.
A car is not necessary and a driver can be arranged to pick you up to and from the airport.
When you leave the Condo, turn right , continue right at the Y (fruit & veggie truck stand) then turn right to find the ocean and walk along the beach to town. We found this route to be the most enjoyable.
Fully equipped kitchen for inside and outside dining. Corel dishes, insulated glasses, new pots and pans, the list goes on and on.
When returning home at night, we recommend a taxi, 1,000. Colons (Approx.. $2.00 US) which includes the tip is a much better option.
Howler monkeys often visit and climb around our backyard trees.
If you look closely in between the backyard trees, you get a glimpse of the ocean that awaits you.
All located directly in front of a gorgeous pool. It's one of the largest in El Coco with a bridge, island, showers, jacuzzi and swim up bar. The landscaping is phenomenal and you really do feel like you are living in paradise!
The complex has 24 hour gated security, as well as, a safe inside the unit.

Lake Memphremagog is especially known for excellent fishing, including land-locked salmon, trout, bass, etc. A local general store is five minutes away. Fine restaurants and pubs, extensive food shopping and other activities such as horseback riding, boat rentals, antique stores and art galleries can be found in the tourist town of Magog.

And in light of this serious pandemic we will be adhering very closely to all federal and provincial regulations for the allowance of houseboat rentals in the province, and by following those limits that are applied to gatherings from the BC Health Department.
Our rental season has now started as of May 1st and with gathering restrictions in BC, (houseboat maximum occupants is 10). We will be updating our clients on any changes each month based on the provincial status of the current regulations for our business operations to proceed under, and what we are able to offer for those preceding weeks if there is restrictions in place.
In the meantime we will be taking reservations assuming these normal operations are now approved for the time of your requested rental. If for some reason this changes and rentals are not approved to move forward, we will be applying your booking deposit to a future booking of your choice within 12 months. We will also be refunding your full rental fees that you have pre-paid, the day it reaches within 14 days of your rental date, and in the event that federal and provincial health regulations are not allowing it to proceed.
We will also be taking substantial extra precautionary measures for the deep cleaning and full sanitization of the vessels between the rentals. This will include the sanitary washing and wipe down of all surfaces and furniture, steam sanitization of all bedding, kitchen and bath linens, and the replenishing of all onboard cleaning and washing products. In addition the provision of hand sanitization stations onboard will be available for your use during your rental and at no extra charge.“OHANA” Stands For Family….

Terms:
Upon booking and a signed rental agreement, a $600.00 Security Deposit in total (for cottage and golf cart) is required which will be refunded when the cottage and cart are assessed upon completion of your stay to ensure that the trailer has been left in its original rental condition, clean, free of debris and/or damage.
This Security Deposit is also your reservation fee to secure your date for rental. (Security deposit is required to cover any damages or missing items during your stay). If booking is less than 30 days to arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Your rental fee is required to be paid 30 days prior to your rental/arrival date. Should you need to cancel, you must do so at least 30 days prior to your rental/arrival date. All money will be refunded at this time, less your Security Deposit which will be held as a cancellation fee. Payments can be made by Interac e-transfers.

This 5-year-old luxury vacation condo is 1230 sq.ft. In the GATED and GUARDED Toscana complex in Desert Ridge, North Phoenix. PLEASE TELL US THE DATES YOU ARE INTERESTED IN.

Two comfortable bedrooms – one with king bed and one with two twin beds. This unit sleeps 4-6 with a large queen sofa bed in the living room accommodating two. East facing bedrooms have blackout curtains.
The balcony features two large swivel rockers with footstools. It faces east; great for morning coffee and there is a ceiling fan to cool you on warm afternoons and evenings.
This unit comes with a secure underground parking space which is easily accessible by elevator from our third-floor unit. This is a four story building.Plenty of living room seating: a large sofa, loveseat and a two-seater power recliner.
Kitchen stocked with many extras including: slow cooker rice cooker, blender for smoothies, mixmaster, several casserole dishes, reverse osmosis drinking water system, stainless steel appliances.This unit has air conditioning, two flat-screen televisions with Cox cable, Wi-Fi Internet. There are two fully-equipped fitness rooms, pool tables, ping pong, yoga room, conference room and large common area with a fireplace and large flat-screen televisions. In-suite laundry, office chair, and desk.
There are 3 heated outdoor pools, whirlpools and saunas. Soft seating covered balconies overlooking pool area plus plenty of umbrella shade around the pool deck. Our building has its own pool that is quiet and more relaxing and there are two others within the complex. Gas fire pits are lit every day from 5-10 pm.
There are clean high end barbecues throughout the complex, most situated near the pool areas. A short walk to the famous Desert Ridge Marketplace outdoor mall that has something for everyone. Abundance of shopping, restaurants, bars/patios, massive Total Wine liquor store, CVS drug store, Albertsons grocery store, Barnes and Noble bookstore, AMC 18 screen movie theatre with dine-in delivery to your signature recliner, children’s play area including sprinklers for cooling off, plenty of outdoor seating and a huge fireplace, free outdoor stage with live music most weekend evenings plus much more. Due to being deemed essential i cannot travel this year but have many points and am willing to book for only enough money to break even on my fees . Can get 1-4 bedroom units, anywhere on site anytime in 2021 . look at their website and feel free to contact if any more info needed.
