Job Description:Job Description People Store recherche pour son client basé à Laval, Québec, un Représentant du Support Technique et Clientèle. Ce poste est responsable de fournir une expérience client supérieure tout en réduisant les temps d'arrêt des clients en fournissant des solutions de support technique à distance pour le matériel, les logiciels et le réseau aux clients et partenaires internes et externes. Le candidat idéal a de l'expérience en soutien technique à distance et possède des compétences supérieures en service à la clientèle qui comprennent l'empathie et l'urgence ainsi qu'une bonne capacité de dépannage, des compétences techniques et des aptitudes. Du lundi au vendredi : Entre 7h et 17h - doit être flexible Taux de rémunération : 19,50 $ de l'heure Responsabilités :- Fournir une excellente expérience client en utilisant des compétences d'écoute, d'empathie et d'urgence ; si nécessaire, désamorcer efficacement les problèmes de service et les résoudre avec le client.- Résoudre les problèmes de matériel, de logiciel et de réseau du client dès le premier contact en utilisant les systèmes Xerox, CareAR et/ou les outils logiciels, selon le cas.- Communiquer de manière proactive les avantages du diagnostic et de la résolution des problèmes.- Résoudre les escalades des clients entrants par une négociation efficace et transmettre les problèmes urgents à l'équipe appropriée si nécessaire.- Contribuer aux systèmes de connaissances afin d'améliorer les solutions fournies aux clients.- Peut exécuter des processus propres aux grands comptes clients de Xerox pour s'assurer que les accords de niveau de service sont respectés.- Fournir un retour d'information sur les politiques et les procédures afin d'améliorer continuellement l'expérience des clients.- Maintenir sa connaissance des produits et des logiciels- Axé sur la performance - mesuré sur la fourniture d'expériences exceptionnelles et la résolution de problèmes techniques en prenant de bonnes décisions d'affaires à chaque interaction.- Représenter les clients et les partenaires de manière amicale, professionnelle et éthique. Exigences :- Une expérience préalable dans un centre d'assistance n'est pas nécessaire.- Une formation post-secondaire est un atout- Une expérience dans le domaine du support technique est un atout- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes - une expérience en dépannage de problèmes technologiques tels que Xbox, PlayStation, appareils mobiles, logiciels, ordinateurs, imprimantes, etc. est un atout.- Aimable et capable de communiquer efficacement - à l'écoute, à l'écrit et à l'oral- Pensée critique et prise de décision- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à prêter attention aux détails.- Haut niveau de réussite et de motivation personnelle.
