This home is in a gated community on Ave B near the Walmart Neighbourhood Store. It is a Park Model one bedroom trailer with a Queen bed. It is situated in a friendly 55 and over park with green grass in between the units that gives off a feeling of freshness. There is a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ on the patio. Heating/Airconditioning unit and full bathroom. Price does not include power. Price includes water, wifi, and cable.
The park has a warm swimming pool, hot tub, an pickleball court and a clubhouse. Free WIFI in the unit and in the clubhouse. There is public transportation approximately half a block from our front gate.

The Space - This is an excellent home for dental and medical visits to Mexico. Come and enjoy beautiful warm weather from October through April. The place is furnished and includes a washer and dryer, BBQ grill, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, towels, linens and tons of other other stuff. Table and deck chairs are provided.

Guest access
As a guest you will have access to the swimming pool, hot tub and areas within the park. Guests also have access to the clubhouse and the functions like card playing, line dancing, yoga, billiards, sewing, card making, shuffle board, swim exercises in addition to signing up for hiking, pickle ball, golf, and meals.

Interaction with guests You will have this home all to yourself and is not shared with others. Other things to note No smoking – smoking is not allowed inside or near the doorways or windows. No pets No parties. Guests should not create excessive noise at levels that disturb neighbours.

The unit is close to Avenue B and we have tuned out the traffic and have gotten adjusted and are not bothered by it.

GATE - There is a security gate that closed automatically at 7 pm and opens again at 7 am. There is a $50.00 deposit for the “Gate remote control device” so remember to leave it on the table when you depart so that you get your deposit back.
